- 2 lbs. Red Potatoes
- 3 tbs. Blazing Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbs. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut potatoes into 1 1/2 inch chunks.
In a large bowl, add 2 tbs. Blazing Apple Cider Vinegar, olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Whisk together and add in the potatoes. Make sure the potatoes get an even coat of the vinaigrette. Pour the potatoes onto a baking sheet in an even layer. Cook for 25 minutes and flip over with a spatula. Cook again for another 20 minutes. Drizzle the potatoes with 1 tablespoon Blazing Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix together and serve in a bowl.
