Who is ``Youthful Life`` products and the ``Living Well with Carmel`` television series?
Youthful Life is the product company founded by Chef Carmel Baronoff of the nationally airing public broadcast television series “Living Well with Carmel.” Although separate entities both organizations have the same mission of helping people stay “Forever Young” by ‘Living Life to it’s Fullest” through food, fitness, family, friends, community services, new adventures, and more. How long does it take for my order to arrive? (individual Customers)
Orders for individual customers are fulfilled within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. A majority of our products are “Fulfilled by Amazon” so shipping times may be quicker and delivery times can be a fast as two days. Our customers will typically receive their products within 3-7 business days from placing their order. Shipping times depend on your distance from the shipment location.
How long does it take for me to receive my order? (Wholesale)
Wholesale orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday excluding holidays unless otherwise stated during the purchasing process. Large orders may need additional time for processing. All wholesale orders are shipped from West Palm Beach, FL and shipping times depend on your location from our facility. Typically, no longer than 7-10 days for shipments cross country. We will have additional shipping facilities coming onboard in the near future to improve shipping transit times.

All of our products are manufactured inside the USA. We believe in supporting American workers and our local economy so we may all have a happy, prosperous, and youthful life.

What is Your Return Policy?
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned and you are responsible for return shipping, unless there is a manufacturer defect.Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include spices, supplements, vinegar based products music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been opened, worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
