INGREDIENTS

Dressing:

Salad:

  • 1 head romaine (or any leafy greens you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 3 radishes sliced
  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients for the dressing in a food processor and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Place all salad ingredients into a large bowl. Toss with dressing and serve.
