INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can Chick Peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 Cucumber, diced
  • 1 Red Pepper, diced
  • 1 Red Onion, diced
  • 1 cup Wild Rice
  • 3-4 tbs. Blazing Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt/Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Cook the wild rice according to the package and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl mix together the chick peas, cucumber, red pepper, red onion and wild rice. Coat the ingredients evenly with the Blazing Apple Cider Vinegar and add salt and pepper to taste.
