INGREDIENTS:
1 – 1 1/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Blazing Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbs. Italian Seasoning ( I prefer Zesty Italian Lemon Blend)
1 tbs. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste (if not using Zesty Italian Lemon Blend)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together the Blazing Apple Cider Vinegar, seasoning, oil and salt and pepper. Place the chicken in a sealable bag or shallow dish and coat the chicken with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Heat grill or grill pan. Cook the chicken on each side for about 5 minutes each.
This grilled chicken is great for salads or your favorite steamed vegetables.
