INGREDIENTS:
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 1/2 hass avocados
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup packed basil leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 2 tbs. Blazing Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Dressing should last for a couple of days. Perfect for salads or sauce for chicken or fish.
