- 12-oz. pkg. fresh cranberries, divided
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tbs apple cider
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1 1/2 tbs. Blazing Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Reserve 1/2 cup of the cranberries and set aside. Place the remaining cranberries with the brown sugar in a sauce pan over medium-low heat. Once sugar has liquified add in the apple cider, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg and cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Increase the heat to medium-high and add in the Blazing Apple Cider Vinegar and apples and cook for about 8 minutes. Stir in the remaining cranberries and salt/pepper and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
